The house was beautiful and the location was great. One block away from the beach and major traffic but easy to walk to. Close to all the shops and stores.

This house is HUGE and beautiful! It was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We even cooked two dinners at the house and it had all the cookware we needed. We opted to have the pool heated which was so nice to relax in after spending the day at the beach.
This is the second year my family has stayed in this neighborhood and we absolutely love it. This house is one block away from the Crystal Beach Trail beach access. We love that area on the beach and this house had perfect access to it via sidewalks. (There is a third party company that sets up chairs at this access on the beach that you can rent from on your own just FYI!)
The rental company was very convenient to communicate with. I had two different things I needed to ask them and they responded promptly. One of the times was even later at night and they still responded quickly.
I would 100% recommend this house!

Older home but great location. Had a great refrigerator and separate ice machine. I was able to figure out the tv controls within a day. Things to improve would be bedsheets and pillows. We used the community pool daily and it had nice facilities
