We had a great 65th Birthday celebration week at the property. The house was very fresh and spacious. A nice getaway from home!!! Thank you!!

Communication was great and the house was everything we needed. Other than the rainy weather, there is nothing I could find wrong with the home. Great location as well.

The house was very nice with bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family and the pool was very inviting. The pool table and games kept us entertained during our stay.
Unfortunately, several things were not up to par and dampened our vacation. The home was not well stocked as we are accustomed to. The expectation was that we would keep the house clean but there were not adequate cleaning supplies not even a broom to sweep the floor. The floors were filthy and were definitely not cleaned before our stay. Day one, no hot water. After a day of traveling and time at the beach, we had to contact the property manager to fix the water issue. The first thing we were told was "that has happened before." It should have been repaired before our check-in time. Day two, the HVAC system was not working on the second floor of the home, which led to another call to the property manager and subsequent visit from a HVAC repair tech. More time should be taken preparing the home for future guests.
