Luxury Sovereign House

Clean, lovely cotton bedlinen (or towels were thin). Warm and comfortable. Close to supermarkets and a wonderful Italian restaurant - all in walking distance.

Chosen apartment was not ready for us when we go there (2 hours after check in time) but was reallocated another apartment and only had to wait 5 mins to get it ready. Frustrating the car parking is on the street, first come served to get a space. Perfectly clean but random things left (candles in dressing table, almost empty cheap hand wash, half a toilet roll). If you are going to leave things, they need to be through out - for example, would have been nice to have had washing up liquid and a tea towel and a full spare toilet roll. I was concerned about the key lock not locking (others could have got in the main door), the door to the apartment not shutting easily and the windows not having the tool that prevents them opening all of the way.

Everything, was near where I needed to be aswell.

Clean comfortable and perfect location for the town centre , the hostesses were extremely accommodating even after we left they made sure my husband coat he had left was returned to a family member,

Good location. Easy to locate. Large space.

we had booked two flats. in the property there is 3 in total, only 1 car park spot between the 3 which was okay as there was plenty of on street parking. the keys where kept in a lock box which was not locked. the front door to one of the flats was difficult to close. cleanliness could be massively improved.
