A házigazda nagyon kedves, segítőkész, a lakás tiszta, komfortos. A belvárosban van, így minden könnyen elérhető, bármikor vissza lehet ugrani valamiért, közel van a szabadtéri színpadhoz. Ennek ellenére nem zajos, pedig Szeged nagyon életteli.

Kesinlikle çok özenle düzenlenmiş, şehrin içinde, tertemiz, her imkanın bulunduğu bir ev. Giriş kutusunda anahtarınız ile kendiniz giriş yapıyorsunuz. Evde ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Mimar elinden çıkmış bir ev olduğu belli. Merkezin içinde olması her ihtiyacınıza 100 metre yürüyerek karşılayabileceğiniz bir yerde. Ev sahibiyle tanışmadım ama görsem böyle bir ev düzenlediği için çok ederdim.
Bir konuğun bu eve girdiğinde beğenmeyeceği hiç bir şey yok. Çok şık ve çok çok temiz.
