A truly wonderful property — we would be delighted to return for a longer visit in the future.

What an absolutely wonderful surprise! Booking this apartment right on the River Tisza exceeded all our expectations. We honestly didn’t anticipate such a modern, stylish, and fully equipped space — it truly offers all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel. The underfloor heating was a fantastic touch, making everything feel extra cozy, and the view over the river is simply breathtaking. The location is perfect — just a short walk to downtown, with the beautiful cathedral only about six minutes away. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Google Maps had a bit of trouble pinpointing the exact location, but that’s not a reflection on the property at all.

I received a notification from Tisza Gyöngye Apartmanok that there would be music playing on the premises on Saturday during my stay. It was terrible, the music like duc, duc, duc stopped playing at 3:14 in the morning. I might have changed my mind about booking if someone had written to me that the whole house would be shaking to the ground almost all night. It was practically impossible to sleep there. For 70 euros per night it was terrible and for free it would have been expensive. The music was playing on Friday (the accommodation was very surprised) and on Saturday. So in my opinion the accommodation is not telling the truth, it is just played on Friday and Saturday evenings and the accommodation is really surprised that this happened. The accommodation must have known about it. I also paid the city tax for two people, even though I was only traveling alone with my dog. I didn't understand that either, why should I pay for someone who wasn't even there? Can you answer this question for me? I really do not recommend accommodation through Booking.com. In the entire time I have been booking accommodation through Booking.com, it was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot.

Location was in vicinity of Aqua world, and city center is just across the river. Very clean, spacious apartment.

Restoran above has parties over the weekend and it can be very loud, To be fair they did warn us about that and offer to cancel the booking.

There was an awful smell inside the apartment, coming from the bathroom/drainage. It was terrible coming from outside to that smell. Would have been helpful to have a pack of napkins available. In both rooms it was cold near the windows, a breeze was coming from their direction constantly. The room temperature was ok, but could have been a little warmer.

Tasty breakfast served to the apartment. Very stylish apartment, the fixtures are simple, but sufficient. Comfortable bed. The location is excellent, we stayed there with our dog, wonderful to go for a walk between trees right outside the apartment, and at the same time it is very close to sights and the city center.

An addirional smaller towel (for hair ie) would be great. The bed linen was a little scratchy, but ok.

The place is very noisy and it is impossible to get a good night's sleep here.

Very noisy place. There is no air conditioning in the hall, but there is an extra bed. If you want to ventilate, you have to open the door to the corridor, from which cigarette smoke will enter your room, because there is a smoking area nearby.

Good for 1 night in transit. A bit expensive for what offers.

It seems to be an old deposit facility repurposed to a hotel. Close to a outdoor concert area, but the host told us before that will be noise and offered the option to cancel. The only good part about it was that was there.

While a lot could be improoved, from cleaning the surrounding areas in their own backyard to changing the curtains in the room we slept. For that price was ok-ish. At 5 a clock in the morning sun was litterally in bed with me because the courtains are translucent white.
