Price might be slightly less, hotel apartma is for the same or even less around, i would see it more around 30euro, or at least for long way traveler like me, who comes at night and leaves in morning, but generally this accomodation is very good and wouldnt hesitate to come again.

Perfect stop over.

The accommodation is rustic, very clean and the location is perfect for travel.

There could do with a dust pan and brush, we travel with a dog and I would have like to be able to sweep up after him.

Cozy and warm.

Hosts are very kind and welcome. Very easy and convenient checkout, especially when you arrive in the night. Rooms are large, warm (I was travelling in winter), clean and comfy. With a lot of wooden stuff. Very nice and comfortable pads on beds. Location is superb when you're traveling by transit. Just a few meters to the border, so it's easy to continue the trip in the morning.

There is no POS terminal, so you better have some cash upfront to pay the tourist tax (2 euros).

The lady who welcomed us was very kind to accept us at 4 o’clock in the morning, the room and everything was very clean and comfortable exactly what we needed to have some good rest. The location is very convenient, right after the borders. Thank you

It was OK but needs breakfast facilities improvement, or to offer breakfast

The location was easy to find with navigation and very close to the Serbian border which was what we wanted. Room has air conditioning and its own bathroom.

We arrived at 22:30 and during booking we noted that we are not sure the exact time of our arrival, as we travelled all day. In the evening the old lady owner couldn't speak or understand any English, neither her sons who speak English were there, so we found it very difficult to communicate. She used Google Translate but still was not easy. We arrived late and hungry with four children aged 4, 9, 12 and 14. We intended to have quick tinned food and bread ,as there is no shops or restaurants around but the old lady kept asking us to go to sleep as other people were sleeping. We kept really quiet . In the morning there was no even small electric stove to prepare anything. They just have fridge, which is Not switched on upon arrival, kettle shared between three rooms and coffee maker and microwave. Nothing else. No toaster, no small single electric stove. They should improve breakfast facility for people , or offer breakfast, we don't mind paying for it. Need to mention, as some people have allergies and others have fear - they have dog which roams free around the place.

Friendly owners. Communication in English with their son and in German with parents. The room is large, everything is clean with its own bathroom. I appreciate the nets in the windows due to the number of mosquitoes. Accommodation in a well-kept garden with a swimming pool. Secure parking on the property behind a closed gate. A perfect location for an overnight stay on your way through Serbia. Very close to the border.

Early in the morning, when we were leaving to continue our journey, the gate was closed and locked with no option to open it by ourselves. So we were forced to ring the bell and wake up the lady who was in charge there. Sorry, we didn't want to disturb of course, but there was no other way!!! No one had given us instructions as to what to do when leaving. There should be some mechanism to handle the gate from the inside. Although there are many travellers like us, who continue early in the morning, to avoid the longest queues at the borders. Also communication was difficult - no English, little German. But generally OK.

Some magic strengths, some weaknesses

The place has some magic strengths and some not-so-magic weaknesses (there are many housing units and rooms, I can only tell about the one we were in). As for strengths: 1) It is virtually on the H-Srb border, which makes border crossing very convenient; 2) The air conditioning does its job well; 3) The pool(s) are a definite plus; 4) The whole place is interesting to discover, outdoors and indoors; 5) Basic equipment (fridge, range, shower) work well; 6) I didn't notice any excessive noise beyond natural; 7) The host's dog is an attraction in itself.

As for weaknesses: No towels, no soap or dishwashing liquid (luckily we had everything with us). Poor cleaning. One of the beds was almost broken in the middle, so you kept sinking in. Failed to find a kettle. Overall decay (although this is kind of interesting). Overall, the Booking rating is accurate.

Good position and nice green area

The owner was super nice and flexible also with the check-in time. The place is super well kept and if you have time enjoy the green areas and swimming pool that are available.

From our room, with he windows open, we could hear the highway (but if you close them and use the AC the windows are well isolating). The towels were a bit small.

We arrived very late (3 am) because we were stuck at the border. The owners allowed us to stay even though they close at 10pm and we didn't inform that we would be late (we didn’t have internet and we didn’t expect such delays on border). The owners treated us fresh apples from their farm before we live.
