Nice and pleasant stay

Good location, in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly host, helped us with everything we needed. We liked that we had some toys and puzzle's for children

Living room a bit cold during the night, didn't really manage to get warm water in the bathroom, we could only switch from really hot to really cold and viceversa.

Very nice host, nice clean apartment, excellent location.

Very nice host. On the first night a glass cover on the stove exploded and the host brought us a chicken to help us with our meal. On our last night we had difficulty communicating with local taxi company, due to language barrier and the host was kind enough to talk with the taxi company for us. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Good location to get to downtown Szeged. Very clean, pretty and safe neighbourhood.

The building has five flights of stairs and no elevator. This could be good if you want to stay in shape. For a 55 year old couch potato it could have killed me, but maybe it made me stronger. I would encourage host not to turn off power so early on the last day. We woke up at 6:30 am, were set to vacate by 9:00 am (an hour earlier than when we were required to leave), but had the power go off at 6:45 am, meaning we were unable to enjoy our breakfast or use internet.

Comfortable apartment, quiet, very convenient placed – 10 min away walking distance from city center, 5 min walking distance away from the aqua park. Parking spots available free of charge. The host is very nice, very good communication, very good description about how to get into the apartment. Kitchen well equipped comfortable beds.

Simple & Clean

it was a small, but clean apartment. it had basic necessities, like cookware. it was in a pretty centrally located area to take transportation. the owner was very nice!

it was very warm in the apartment. There is a fan, but no AC. It was on the 5th floor, which was fine for me, but if for an older person there was no elevator to bring up luggage. I had one towel for 5 days. it would have been nice to have at least one more. I didn’t find many dining options in the area.

Clean, very good heating, very good wifi, free parking in front of the building. Great location (just 5 minutes walk to aqua park and 10 minutes walk to city center), there is supermarket nearby. Host allowed us to enter the apartment 2h early and thank you for that!

Gyengébb minőségű szállás, de nagyon jó áron.

Egy teljes lakást bérelhettem ki, egy hotelszoba áráért. A tulaj részletes, fényképes útmutatással segített megtalálni a szállást.

Kopottas volt minden és a tisztasággal kapcsolatban is maradtak fenntartásaim. A szállás leírásában nem láttam, hogy a társasház ötödik emeletén van, így kellemetlen meglepetés volt, hogy oda kellett felcipelni minden holminkat (lift nincs).

Sajnos a nagy hőségben nagyon meleg volt a lakás, van klíma, jól működik, de nem volt légmozgás. 4.emeletre gyalog kell felmaszni, az fárasztó és a lépcsőházban doh-szag van.

Csendes környéken, olcsó szállás.

Sajnos a foglalás után derült ki, hogy a harmadik emeleten van egy lift nélküli házban! :( De a Fsz van az első emeleten, tehát igazából az 5-ik emelet! Látszik, hogy próbálták felújítani, de eléggé régimódi berendezések vannak, sajnos nekem csalódás volt. A takarítás hagyott némi kívánnivalót!

Nagyon csendes környék, jól felszerelt lakás, az erkély egy hatalmas plusz pont. Az egyik szobában vannak játékok, szóval kisgyermekes családoknak is ideális lehet. A lakás kényelmes és jól felszerelt, mosási lehetőség is van, habár mi nem éltünk vele. Egyedül hátránynak talán azt tudnám mondani, hogy zuhanyzásnál nehéz beállítani a hőfokot a gázkazán miatt.

Dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta

Stan je udoban i dobro opremljen manje-više svime što je potrebno (od kuhinjskih aparata, pa do veš-mašine, pegle, usisivača). Šest osoba komotno staje, a i više, ukoliko idete s decom. Bili smo zimi, grejanje je dobro, parking mesta ima oko zgrade, a centar je na 10ak minuta peške.
