部屋は広く、エアコン完備でとても快適でした。シャワーの水圧、温度も一定です。セキュリティ、wifiも問題ありません。ベニスの歴史ある建物で、多少傾いていたりしてますが、それもご愛敬。毎朝エスプレッソを淹れて飲み、キッチンでパスタを作ったり（すぐ近くにＣＯＯＰがあります）とても楽しい滞在となりました。ベニスS.L.駅からも歩けます、最初の橋が大変ですが。バポレット乗り場も近いです。
今さらどうしようもないことですが、シャワースペースがちょっと狭いです。他の部屋からの排水の音がキッチンの排水管を通して聞こえます（栓をすれば和らぎます）最初ＩＨクッキングヒーターの使い方がわからず苦労しました（ネット検索でばっちり）ＴＶのリモコンの使い方もわからないまま（見れますが）この辺の簡単なマニュアルがあるといいかな。
