Die Unterkunft ist toll eingerichtet, modern, verfügt über alles notwendige und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Venedig-Aufenthalt - sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen.

Lokalizacja w spokojnej dzielnicy, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, przystanek tramwaju wodnego blisko apartamentu. Niedaleko restauracje i sklep spożywczy.

The apartment is very clean. Location excellent. You're right near the vaporatti, on one of the major canals. This really helped our daily excursions in the city. While indoor lighting was fine, the apartment is rather dark with only one or two windows having good light. However, that may be true of most Venetian apartments. Many of the sidewalks and canals in the city are very narrow so I think that views and light are probably quite limited with most houses and apartments. You'd have to be over a piazza or one of the larger or main canals to have more light and view. I'm sure that apartments on the large canals are very expensive. So I think the apartment we stayed in is a good value. I don't know how much we paid or if we paid by wi-fi. My daughter took care of the finances.

While the apartment has good indoor lighting, the city itself is mostly narrow and cramped so you would need a top floor or an apartment on a larger canal or piazza to get light. The apartment manager met us immediately and took us to our apartment. However, he wasn't very friendly. Also, he could have given us more information like our previous apartment manager. It's possible he wasn't the usual manager; I don't know. He did give us a good map of the city. To get to the first floor apartment there are about fifteen stairs. Worked for us, but it might not for some people.
