Luxury home

Super nice, spacious unit with good sized bedrooms. Host was always very fast to communicate on WhatsApp (ask the booking agent for her Whatsapp). The closest water taxi stop is "San Stae ACTV" which you can either catch the Water bus to (actv.avmspa.it) or book a private water taxi if you have lots of luggage. Very highly recommend this property.

Lovely decor with a lot of space

We weren’t advised it was on 3rd floor we knew there wouldn’t be a lift but we should have been advised of the 3rd floor location when booking. We had someone who has heart condition & finds it hard to climb stairs.

Rooms weren’t comfortable. The bathroom had no basic amenities.

Die Lage war super. Mann könnte zu Fuß zu allen wichtigen Teilen von Venedig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und ganz wichtig, sehr ruhig. Wir waren 6 Freunde. Am Esstisch im Wohnzimmer war mehr als genug Platz für alle. Ich wurde die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und wenn es frei wir, beim nächstem Besuch in Venedig, wurde gerne wieder dort wohnen. Host war sehr freundlich, wir habe die Möglichkeit gehabt früher in die Wohnung zu gehen und am letzten Tag dürften wir auch unsere Koffer länger in der Wohnung lassen. Das ist etwas, was nicht oft gibt :-)
