Really convenient location close to Rialto bridge and the Grand Canal. The apartment was spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood close to some nice restaurants.
Nightmare key pickup. The host refused to meet us at the property insisting instead we meet at the airport which was most inconvenient. Also the property needs maintenance (both toilet seats are broken) and the stairs are a mission - top floor and uneven. But hey, it IS Venice.

Super nice, spacious unit with good sized bedrooms. Host was always very fast to communicate on WhatsApp (ask the booking agent for her Whatsapp). The closest water taxi stop is "San Stae ACTV" which you can either catch the Water bus to (actv.avmspa.it) or book a private water taxi if you have lots of luggage. Very highly recommend this property.

Lovely decor with a lot of space
We weren’t advised it was on 3rd floor we knew there wouldn’t be a lift but we should have been advised of the 3rd floor location when booking. We had someone who has heart condition & finds it hard to climb stairs.
