We had a lovely stay at Ca' Dell'Agnella Venice! Exactly as described. The studio room and bathroom were really modern and super clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was lovely. Perfect for a stay in Venice for two people. The property was easy to find and the host was really communicative. Our flight kept getting delayed so we arrived later than planned but were able to check-in remotely. The studio room is 5 mins from Stan Stae ferry terminal. If you have big luggage, I'd suggest to ferry there, then there's 3 bridges to the property.
Like all properties in Venice, it's not soundproof. But as it's on a quiet street, there was only a bit of noise in the mornings and evenings. Didn't bother us!

So easy to get to all the good things on offer
Probably needs a garbage bin for kitchen rubbish
