The location is very good and the apartment is very spacious for 4 ppl

The hot water system was a bit tricky to operate with contacting the owner for instructions. Hot water supply was good enough for 2 ppl to use, we’ve got caught with the 3rd person running out of hot water.

Very spacious, high ceilings, good location.

Aircon was dripping but was fixed during our stay. The shower could have been better.

The size was great, very comfortable, clean and location was excellent! Restaurants downstairs and vaporetto (ferry) was only a short walk away.

Bunk beds - but it was comfortable

The location of the apartment was excellent, right on the bank of the canal. The apartment is large and spacious. In front of the building, there is a cafe and a restaurant. From this location, you can walk around Venice in all directions.

The cleanliness of the apartment is not up to standard. It could be significantly cleaner, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. We faced a major issue with the shower because the instant flow water heater was not functioning properly. The water was either completely cold or extremely hot, making showering a frustrating experience. Additionally, the air conditioner in the living room is very noisy and vibrates, which can be felt in the bedroom. The second air conditioner is located in the corridor and is intended to cool two rooms, but this creates a problem when the doors to those rooms are closed. With a repair of the boiler, air conditioner and a thorough cleaning, the apartment could be a perfect 10.
