Taking care of garbage; i stayed 2 nights, I can do it for 2 nights, but also the property could handle it for just 2 nights of garbage; especially since you can't throw away the trash on Sunday. If I stayed for a month I would understand it. Add a few bucks to the payment and take out tenant’s trash. No dish washing machine. I hate doing dishes at home, let alone in vacantion.

Por sugerir algo el colchón en la cama principal no era tan cómodo, se puede mejorar poniendo un topper por encima. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado muy sucios, llenos de polvo, hace falta limpieza por dentro y por fuera. No es bueno para gente con alergia y asma como yo.

Ubicación excelente, apartamento muy cómodo en cuanto a situación. Muy completo en cuanto a equipamiento en la cocina. Las camas muy buenas. Suelo de madera que lo hace muy acogedor. Sin ruido en el exterior por la noche. Muy cerca la estación del vapporeto de Santa Stae (a 3 minutos). El salón/comedor es extraordinario, amplio y completo (estás como en casa). En definitiva, muy recomendable, genial.

The location of the apartment was excellent, right on the bank of the canal. The apartment is large and spacious. In front of the building, there is a cafe and a restaurant. From this location, you can walk around Venice in all directions.

The cleanliness of the apartment is not up to standard. It could be significantly cleaner, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. We faced a major issue with the shower because the instant flow water heater was not functioning properly. The water was either completely cold or extremely hot, making showering a frustrating experience. Additionally, the air conditioner in the living room is very noisy and vibrates, which can be felt in the bedroom. The second air conditioner is located in the corridor and is intended to cool two rooms, but this creates a problem when the doors to those rooms are closed. With a repair of the boiler, air conditioner and a thorough cleaning, the apartment could be a perfect 10.
