369 Apartment

Manzarası harika ötesiydi. Gözünüzü körfeze doğru açıyorsunuz. Ev sahipleri çok ilgili ve kibarlar. Evde herşey yeni. Mutfak eşyaları yeterli. Bulaşık makinesi olsaydı harika olacaktı ☺️ konum itibariyle çok iyi Kotor merkeze çok yakın. Ailemle birlikte çok rahat ettik. Ev sahiplerine tekrar teşekkür ederiz ☺️

Çok eski bir bina olması sebebiyle asansörü yok. Bina girişine kadar ciddi bir merdiven binaya girdikten sonra da ciddi bir merdiven çıkıyorsunuz buna hazırlıklı olun. Ama bu güzel manzara için değdi. Otopark ne yazık ki çok ciddi sıkıntı. Evet her gün bir şekilde yer buldum fakat evden her çıkarken döndüğümde yer bulabilecek miyim kaygısı yaşadım.

The apartment was a cozy one bedroom that was well appointed. It was completely renovated and had everything we needed. It was super clean and the instructions were clear. The view from the apartment is truly exceptional.

The main issue we had is that we stayed there during a heat wave in August. There is an air conditioner in the apartment but only in the living area and it was struggling to keep the apartment cool. There is no AC in the bedroom and during the heat wave it was really not possible to sleep in the bedroom. We slept in the living room on the pull out sofa (which was actually very comfortable). On the second night, the owner brought us a fan which helped and allowed one of us to sleep in the bedroom. The other two nights the heat wave broke and it became more pleasant. Honestly if the bedroom had an AC unit, this would have been a great stay. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a non-elevator building plus 26 steps to get to the ground level lobby from the street, so not really suitable for people with any mobility issues, but we knew that going in.

Amazing view through the window. Location is walking distance to Kotor old town and a bunch of restaurants.

A bit difficult to find parking spot if coming in the evening. But plenty of space to park just some 300 meters away.
