The hotel was clean and smelled wonderful. Staff was good and answered questions. Food service was prompt. The room was well appointed. Late check out
The mattress was soft. There was hair left in bottom of shower. Post spa experience, was invited back the next day to use wet areas. Went to use and was denied had checked out of room and needed to shower. Notified the front desk of situation was given a credit but not an experience I would expect from Ritz.

Piękny duży apartament , w pełni wyposażony , 17 piętro piękny widok na zachód słońca , duży balkon , warunki super , basen na 7 piętrze z pięknym widokiem na ocean ! Czysta plaża , super miejsce
Kultura , obsługa , darmowa kawa z rana , obsługa hotelowa na wyskokiem poziomie , polecam !!!
