The convenient location, and the beach.
It didn’t quite feel like 4 stars. It was a bit dirty and worn out in places. The staff at restaurants was often not there or slow to serve you (pool deck bar specifically). The food at the restaurant was mediocre.

Close to the beach. Room size was really good. Pool decent.
Very annoying: out of three, two times no room cleaning at all.
And a A lot of little things…
lights in pool were hanging loose / no soap for three days at restroom by the pool / here and there not properly cleaned / no glasses at the mini bar (just plastic cups) etc…
