Close to the beach.
The room was quite noisy due to the type of AC unit being used. Limited hooks for towels and wet swimwear. It almost felt like the room had been recently painted, and they just hadn't gotten around to putting up hooks, art, etc.

Location and a friendly gay men’s environment. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Property needs updating and maintenance. My ceiling fan made a loud clicking sound when on. Had a loud older ac unit in the closet. There appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in the closet. The water had a terrible odor. Pool areas were older and not enough umbrellas for shade from the sun.

Both the guests and staff were very courteous
The facilities were a bit filthy. Granted, it was the guests that contributed to the filth, the common areas around the pools and hot tubs was littered with dirty towels, empty cocktail containers, discarded food/fruit everywhere, even during the morning opening. The hot tub temperature was LESS than the pool. Not to mention it is a clothing optional resort that has the absolute MINIMUM areas where folks can be without clothing. Pointless. Complete waste of $$$$.
