Studio mansardé plein centre et à 5 mn des plages

The location is excellent. The place is just across the street from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it very easy to explore Nice on foot. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. He welcomed me with drinks in the fridge and a local snack, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was also very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a huge difference during the summer heat. For the price, I think it offers excellent value. Just keep in mind that it is a small attic apartment, so it’s best suited for travelers looking for a cozy place in a fantastic location rather than a spacious accommodation. There is an elevator, but it starts on the first floor, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs, and there are a few small steps to reach the attic level.

Nothing really affected my stay. The only minor thing I noticed was a slight plumbing odor from time to time, which is common in older traditional buildings and did not seem related to the cleanliness of the apartment, as everything was spotless.

It was in a very good location, close to the beach, my school, shops and restaurants. The facilities were good and comfortable (e.g. air conditioning, cutlery, TV, microwave, fridge, shower, bed, etc.). The host was kind and helpful.

The sink drain was clogged with hair. :( There was cat hair in many places :( The toilet was a bit smelly. There were mosquitoes, but that's not the fault of the accommodation. (Maybe a mosquito net could be installed on the window.) The bed was a bit difficult to open and close. (Maybe they could get one that opens and closes easier.)

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à sa description. Il se situe au 6e étage avec l'ascenseur. Malgré son emplacement dans un quartier très animé, il est vraiment très calme. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la clim avec fonction chauffage: étant frileuse j'avais peur d'avoir froid la nuit, mais elle est silencieuse et elle chauffe bien la pièce. Tout l'équipement est assez récent. Le propriétaire est très attentionné et toujours joignable

S'il n'y avait pas eu l'odeur désagréable d'égout et l'absence de machine à café, la note aurait été de 10/10
