All about location!

Bed was super comfortable and the apartment was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Tall ceilings made it feel larger.

The pictures are misleading and not accurate. The window in the living room does not emit light; it's boarded up and a shed is built in front of it. The bedroom window is not clear; frosted/ has plexiglass on it and would not have the view of trees it shows even if it were not frosted. Most importantly, the pic depicts a calm quiet area which it is not. The apartment and bedroom meters from one of the busiest roads in the northern beaches. It is LOUD. This should be clearly stated. You will hear buses, sirens, motorcycles traffic all day and all night. I think this should be made very clear and the pictures updated.

Love the new windows. We stayed here last year and the upgrade is fantastic.

Location: close to public transport, so you can reach Manly or Palm Beach very easily. Free parking available on site. Amenities: Modern, clean and spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine & dryer. Portable heaters. Bathtub/shower.

The house is on a busy intersection, so you need to put up with continuous traffic noise (even with a special double glazed windows). It is also a little tricky to reverse out of the driveway.
