The staff is very very kind and they give you recommendations where to eat and all the details on whatsapp. The location is amazing, is very close to the port and a lot of nice locations nearby. Amazing to go by foot and see the city. It was easy to access and locate the apartment. They provided snacks, coffee and water and a lot of other facilities like good working air conditioning, hair dryer, coffee machine etc. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Naples once more :D
