Avida Tower 1 IT Park, 5th Floor -Moanna's Place

The property was clean and there was an extra bed incase for visitors❤️❤️❤️

I liked the location since it's within the building that my partner and I are renting. It was also great that the studio unit could accommodate up to four guests. I appreciated that they provided basic condiments and cooking essentials, which made meal preparation more convenient. The check-in process at Tower 3 was smooth.

I didn't like that the space was quite small. It was difficult to move around since there were four of us staying in the unit, plus we had two visitors. The wardrobe was also too large and took up a lot of the limited space. Another downside was that there wasn't a power outlet near the cooking area. Unfortunately, the extension wire outlet that we found stopped working while we were cooking. Thankfully, we had already finished cooking the rice and preheating the chicken. We also noticed a few cockroaches during our stay. Additionally, only two elevators were working, so many people had to wait in long queues.
