Casa Belvì - Garden Appartement Lugana Sirmione

Fantastic location—quiet, spacious, and just a couple of minutes’ walk from the beach. The apartment has outdoor areas on both sides: one terrace with a dining table and a grill, where we loved having breakfast and dinner, and another with sun loungers. There are also loungers on the main terrace, so there is plenty of space to relax outside. Both bedrooms and the open-plan kitchen and living area are conveniently located on the ground floor. Downstairs is an additional cosy lounge with a sofa, TV, table and chairs, as well as a second bathroom. It stays pleasantly cool in hot weather and is a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine. The pool is just steps away, with private sun loungers and a parasol reserved for the apartment. Parking directly outside the front door made arrival with luggage completely effortless and step-free. A huge plus for us was the modern, ultra-quiet ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area. They were a fantastic alternative to the noise and direct cold airflow of air conditioning, although air conditioning is available too. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, with a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, electric shutters, iron and ironing board, and a drying rack. The welcome bottle of very local wine was genuinely delicious—not just a token gesture. We would love to come back!
