The worst experience
Nothing.
A true and genuine horror, the worst experience in 20 years of traveling with booking.com. Upon arrival for our two-day stay, we discovered that the handles on all the kitchen drawers had fallen off when we tried to open them. But the worst surprise was yet to come. The landlord assured us online that the apartment had heating, so we didn't have to worry about the cold in the second half of November. Despite this, it was only 14 degrees Celsius in the apartment, the radiator in the master bedroom was absolutely cold, and the other radiators were only lukewarm. The radiator in the second bedroom is "cleverly" hidden behind a cupboard, probably so that the guests wouldn't be too warm in the apartment. I tried in vain to vent the radiators. I tried in vain to get the thermostat working. The landlord only gave useless "advice" online instead of someone coming to fix the temperature. After 3 hours of waiting in vain for help, we were so cold that we literally ran away from the apartment to avoid health problems. The symbolic point was that the landlord demands ‘at least’ payment for a full day of living in the apartment, where even just a few hours in a sweater and jacket threatened the health of the guests! So I warn everyone!

Bellissima scoperta
Appartamento spazioso con tutti i comfort, compreso un bel terrazzo con griglia per barbecue a muro. Il residence è tranquillo, ben curato e con tanto verde. Nicola è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Uno dei posti più belli in cui siamo stati. Ottimo anche per chi ha cani.
