A little bit out of the town centre but only £10 in an uber

The property is in a nice location, garden lively and lots of nice touches around the house with football themes photos, books, programmes. The host had very kindly left some beers and a bottle of prosecco. The host was great with communication and when we did have a question before arriving he replied straight away. First class

The host was really accommodating and friendly , giving us plenty of time to arrive and leave. There’s was a nice welcome surprise of a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge too! Also milk, teabags, coffee and sugar. Even breakfast cereals. The bedrooms were all massive and the beds comfy. We all slept really well. Garden is lovely too. 10/10 . Thanks

Excellent pre-visit communication. Clean, nice towels and sheets. Comfortable beds and seating. Football memorabilia a nice touch. A reasonable walk to the Stadium of Light.
Front door not well sealed - rattled in the wind. Awkward placement of hob might be an issue for a longer stay.
