Both hosts were very responsive and kind.
The bit of sea view from the patio was very nice and picking oranges from the tree in the backyard was a treat, there's an olive tree too. We arrived to a nice welcome gift of home grown fruit, local chocolates, and drinks in the fridge. Then, later on, when we had issues (that they fixed right away), the owner brought us his home made olive oil from his trees. Plenty of stores and cafes nearby, restaurants not too far to walk at Split 3. All together nice place and the hosts were great!
The shower situation is a little tight and the air conditioner/heater is just in the living room, so it gets cold in the bedrooms if you don't keep the bathroom heater on.

Excelente ubicación. Muy cerca a la nueva playa Kjan.
El acceso es algo difícil de identificar, pero sin ningún inconveniente. Es un edificio, que a pesar de su cantidad de Grafitis, se encuentra bien ubicado.

As chaves estavam em um cadeado e o proprietário nos enviou as instruções por video. Chegamos bem antes do horário do check-in mas o apartamento já estava disponível. Apartamento bem localizado e muito grande. Tinha águas na geladeira, chocolate e café quando chegamos. Os quartos são quentes mas possuem ventilador de pé. Na sala existe ar condicionado. WiFi com bom sinal. Existem várias áreas públicas de estacionamento próximas ao apartamento e com um pouco de paciência vc consegue uma vaga. Conversamos com o proprietário pelo WhatsApp sem qualquer problema. Ter dois banheiros também foi um diferencial, assim como a máquina de lavar roupas.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was was looking exactly as in the picture, had everything that we needed and the host left 2 bottles of water jn the fridge and a chocolate for us. I recommend this apartament!
