Die Lage war super und bei den heutigen Preisen in Rom absolut im Rahmen. Die Unterkunft war geräumig, bot mit zwei Bädern viel Komfort und die Vermieterin war zudem sehr aufmerksam. Auch das Wohnzimmer war toll, um nach einem langen Touri-Tag zu entspannen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist ganz eindeutig viel zu feucht. Das Problem bekommt man auch mit den ganzen Lüftern und zwei kleinen Fenstern zum Innenhof nicht weg. Störend war, dass der Lüfter sehr laut ist und die ganze Nacht durchläuft, zumindest im kleineren Zimmer. Auch hätten wir uns ein klein wenig mehr Equipment in der Küche gewünscht, da war wirklich nur das minimal Nötigste da. Aber ansonsten war alles voll in Ordnung.

Die Wohnung war super sauber ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr neu. Wer kochen möchte, findet hier alles vor. Klimaanlage bzw. Heizung sind in jedem Raum und funktionieren gut. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Eisdielen. Laura ist eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die schnell antwortet. Hier kann man sich auf jeden Fall Zuhause fühlen.
Die vielen Bars und Restaurants haben nicht nur Vorteile sondern auch einen Nachteil: die Lautstärke direkt vor der Wohnung. Durch die Bauform mit schmalen langen Wohnungen hat man wenig Tageslicht und keine Chance, gründlich zu lüften.
