Nomà Stay Trastevere

La ubicación, climatización (teniendo en cuenta el verano tan caluroso), cada estancia del alojamiento era muy completa. En general, muy bien para una estancia de unos días para 3 personas (tened en cuenta que es una cama grande y un sofá cama, por lo que para más de 3-4 personas, puede quedarse algo justo).

Aunque a nosotros no nos hizo falta, la lavadora no estaba operativa. A pesar de haber secador, no entraba en el enchufe de pared.

Amazing location in the heart of Trastevere. Easy to get into, although Google Maps led us a bit astray at first - but lockbox etc was smooth. Nice towels, bedding, etc.

The advertised washing machine was broken, and trying to figure it out was a bit frustrating due to slow responses from the host. I had to use a laundromat which wasn't what I was expecting.

The location is very good, a quieter street next to a very interesting area. The host was helpful in trying to sort some issues, heating was solved and we got earlier access than we had planned but we could not connect to WiFi despite the messages we sent back and forth.

Main issue was that the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and this made it a very poor experience for my 20 year old son. Fine if it just a couple but not good for more. It was impossible to connect to the WiFi or use the TV - this was not a big deal but disappointing. In April it was cold in the evening and there were no instructions on how to switch on the heating, I contacted the host and he sent a video, so all worked out but first night was cold.The bathroom was "cleanish" but the bathroom floor was grubby, toilet seat did not fit. Everything was just a bit tired and could to with a refresh.
