It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Lovely hot shower, coffee machine, comfy bed. Luciano was great, met us at the apartment and sent lots of tips for our trip. Check in and out was easy. Air con was very welcome and worked well. Apartment had a fridge, freezer, cooking facilities and washing machine

The only thing i can think of is a mirror on the desk in the bedroom as the only mirrors are in the toilet and as it has a low ceiling it can be difficult to dry your hair

The communication with Luciano was great, everything went very smoothly with the check in. He also provided tourist advice with a appreciated! The apartment is a gem, it’s an artistic space where your mind can relax and create! I loved all the details, the colours and the way they come together. Couldn’t have found a better place, totally recommend it! Very close to centre.

Location was great. Served by multiple bus routes. Multiple food markets near by. Most attractions within walking distance. Owners provided water, coffee, tea and wine. Great! All appliances including washing machine worked. Owner greeted me on arrival.

The previous renters poured oil, butter, fat down the kitchen sink and this caused the kitchen sink to drain very slow, > 15 minutes to drain. The owners responded rapidly to attempt to fix this issue but stated they could not fix it effectively with me there. I hope this issue has been resolved by now. If yes, it would be a 10. Bathroom is under the stairwell and even at 165 cm tall i had to duck to not hit my head. Just be careful by the toilet and washing machine. There is no bidet, but I knew this prior to reserving. Just for information.
