Lirios de Sevilla - Vacacional Sevilla

Le logement était parfait pour une semaine de vacances à Séville. Très bien équipé, l’emplacement super, tout était accessible à pied. La piscine et la clim dans le logement un gros plus. L’immeuble est très joli et très bien entretenu !

- Juste une difficulté à rentrer dans l’immeuble car nous n’avions pas le numéro pour l’interphone mais par la suite très bien. - Et une « résidente » de l’immeuble pas du tout aimable et agréable à la piscine car « silence absolu » de 15h à 17h nous ne pouvions même pas chuchoter … je lui ai un peu ri au nez car voulait carrément appeler la police !

The apartment is excellent, very good location, it's a modern apartment with an incredibly well equipped kitchen (the best I have ever stayed in) and well equipped bathrooms. I was there with my two sons and we had a lot of space. The team was very reactive whenever we had questions. TV has a lot of programs and subscriptions to offer, good for a relaxing time. I highly recommend it. The swimming pool is on the roof, shared with the other inhabitants of the building, my kids enjoyed it a lot. There are shops nearby and there is a walkable distance to anything important. Beds were very comfortable.

I was surprised by the very strict rules of the building in the swimming pool (absolute silence between 3-5pm), we were told off but the local ladies to almost whisper which was a but challenging for my excited kids, but I understand people want to relax and we have t seen a single child in this building. I wasn't aware of these rules.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und hat keine unangenehmen Gerüche. Die Matratzen sind neu und gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Checkin und die Einweisung war sehr freundlich und problemlos.. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straße vor dem Apartment ist so schmal, dass sie nicht mit dem Auto gefahren werden kann. In 5 Minuten Fußweg gibt es nette Tapas Bars usw. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man ins Erdgeschoss kommt, gibt es ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer. Dann geht man eine schmale Treppe hoch, und oben befindet sich ein Einzelzimmer mit einem weiteren Bad, ein Durchgangszimmer, was als nettes Wohnzimmer fungiert und eine Küche - ebenso einen sehr großen Fernseher.

Die Wohnung ist relativ hellhörig. Eine kleine Spülmaschine wäre toll gewesen.
