La ubicación, la comodidad de la cama, el orden y la limpieza.
Que es imposible circular con comodidad por la zona, por lo que ofrecen plaza de párking a 25€ la noche (precio muy excesivo). El apartamento no tiene más que una ventana que, si la abres, se ve todo.

Lo staff e' gentile e attento, un piccolo contrattempo iniziale risolto in un attimo. l'alloggio e' centralissimo, l'affaccio nella corte del palazzo garantisce silenzio ed e' un ottimo rifugio contro il caldo di Siviglia.la casa disponeva di tutto cio che serviva, il bagno non grandissimo ma in compenso la doccia e' comoda e spaziosa. ottima soluzione per 2 persone
Qualche rumore durante la notte dovuto al rientro dei vicini, ma inconveniente sopportabile e non dovuto a responsabilita' dello staff

Le studio est tout neuf , très bien situé dans le centre ville au fond d'une impasse au rez-de-chaussée d'un joli patio.
Une bonne boulangerie à côté .
Et moyennant finances vous pouvez garer votre PETITE voiture dans le parking du propriétaire.

Me gustó la ubicación, el anfitrión súper atento a la llegada y a la petición del checking
Cositas a mejorar. Poca luz en el baño, no había ningún colgador para las toallas y el alojamiento era para 4 personas.
Poca preparación de ropa de cama para el sofá cama que íbamos a usar. Tuvimos que buscar las sábanas en el canapé de la cama de matrimonio alojamiento igual que las toallas. Dispone de cocina pero no había servilletas ni papel de cocina. Se podría pulir un poquito más algunos detalles para mejorar la estancia y que sea de 10
$$$$
