Juste l'engagement personnel du gestionnaire de l'appartement qui a su répondre rapidement à la panne du réfrigérateur par son remplacement en moins de quelques heures . Notre hôte a remplacé la totalité des produits dégradés suite à cet incident.
Il n'y a pas de robinet d'eau chaude sur l'évier et ce n'est pas prévu. En plus pas de lave vaisselle donc nous avons dû transférer de l'eau chaude depuis le lavabo de la salle de bains vers la cuisine. Rincer une tasse de petit déjeuner passons, mais préparer pendant trois jours deux repas pour quatre adultes avec cet inconvénient est fort désagréable. En plus nous avions choisi cet appartement pour son petit patio intérieur, hors son accès était fermé, le sol jonché de gravas et dès l'aurore des ouvriers qui s'activaient dans l'appartement au dessus.
