About this apartment rental
New apartment located in the heart of Seville's old town, 2 minutes from Casa de Pilatos and the lively Plaza de la Alfalfa full of bars and restaurants. Very close to the Cathedral, Reales Alcázares and Archivo de Indias (8 min). Perfect to know the main monuments of Seville and enjoy a neighborhood full of life.
Casa Águilas 19 is located on the first floor of a newly built building (Dec-2017) in Águilas Street, an urban road that runs through the Casco Antiguo District of Seville, linking the Plaza de Pilatos with the lively Plaza de la Alfalfa , full of bars and restaurants.
The house looks onto a quiet inner courtyard as the only houses with access to it are my residence and the apartment.

We really enjoyed out stay in Ignacio's home in the center of Seville. The apartment was very cosy and spotless, perfect for a family of 4. We liked the fact that within a very short walk, we could reach all the main sites of Seville (Cathedral, Plaza del Torres, ..), and yet not be in an area that is overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of tourists. Plaza d'Alfalba (a block from the apartment) has a very lively and authentic flair and with great restaurants and bars nearby. Thanks Ignacio for all your tips and hospitality (picking us up and letting us take your parking spot!).
