1. Excelente localização, em rua tranquila com pouco movimento e nenhum barulho, no centro do casco histórico da cidade. 2. Apartamento novo, amplo, bem dividido e bem ventilado. 3. Cozinha totalmente equipada e com todos os utensílios. 4. Wi-Fi de ótima qualidade.
1. Falta de um guia de informações importantes ao hóspede sobre o funcionamento da acomodação. 2. Falta de um canal de comunicação rápido e direto com o propçrietário ou a empresa gestora (tipo Whats App).

La localización es súper céntrica. Apartamento limpio y cómodo. El host súper agradable y atento con el cliente. Si vuelvo a Sevilla, sin duda cogería este apartamento. A pesar de no haberlo usado, tiene una cocina bastante completa. El aire acondicionado es rápido y la terraza súper grande.
Nada malo que destacar.

La ubicación es buena
Tenia mucho olor a humedad en la habitación y para tres personas es un poco incomodo porque el sofa cama abierto ocupa mucho lugar.
