CN PARKING INCLUIDO Apartamento 2D en zona monumental

La proximité du centre historique. La fraîcheur de l’appartement. La surface et l’équipement conforme à la d’exception. La propreté.

Le bruit tardif rue très passante et vitrage simple. Le deuxième chambre très petite et sans vrai isolation avec l’autre chambre.

El apartamento está genial en todos los sentidos. Bien ubicado, amplio y limpio. Nos ha encantado. Que tenga parking es un plus más. Hemos ido con un Q5 y no hemos tenido ninguna dificultad, pasamos perfectamente por las calles y la entrada al parking haciendo un par de maniobras sin problema. Llegamos antes de la hora y nos dejaron hacer uso del apartamento sin problema. Por último y lo más importante de todo, es que si alquilas el apartamento ganas una Copa del Rey!! GOAZEN ERREALA TXAPELDUN!! 🏆 Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Sevilla

Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto

The location is in middle of the small lane ways of Seville and remarkable taxi drivers can navigate these tiny streets. The location is easily seen on first floor , the apartment is a little dark unless you open all shutters fully. All items we required in apartment with tea bags/ coffee as introduction, towels and comfortable pillows. The smaller room could do with a mirror but all was quite adequate. The comments' all round was a very tall person put up the bathroom mirror we found quite funny for 4 average height ladies. We did not need air con ourselves in march but it was available. The area around had plenty options for eating and a late night drink if required and the streets are cobbled so apart from suitcases all was very quiet at night .

The key operation was interesting it is the first time I operated a virtual key. I found it all ran quite smoothly but I did have concerns in advance when we were advised on the entry information. This also did not arrive until the opening time of apartment and i was a little anxious flying not knowing access details.

Air conditioning didn’t work. No appropriate hot water. Only one person. Parking was very tricky. ants crawling on living room floor.
