We thought it was a lovely apartment, fantastic location, second floor with an elevator access. Very quiet, roomy for 4 adults.
The only issue we really had was there was no dining room table to sit at. The photo shows a dining room. It appears the listing shows 3 bedrooms, but in actuality, the 3rd bedroom looks like it really could have been the dining room, but there is a small single bed with wrought iron placed there. The large adult we had with us, felt the bed was very uncomfortable. We actually moved a mattress from another room to accommodate him. No closet in this room as well.
We had to sit at the desk chairs to eat. Not very comfortable.
There really only was one comfortable chair to sit on. The couch was worn.
There is a washer, but no dryer as listed.

Great apartment. Convenient to everything. Our 5th time in Sevilla and this apartment compares well with the others.

The place was clean and tidy and looked like the photos. The manager, Maria, was super responsive and helpful. Location was great. We would absolutely stay there again but would just note that it says three bedrooms, though you need to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the other two. So fine if you are a family etc. We ended up putting a bed in the living room which was private and had a door so that all of us could have our privacy as we did need/expect three separate bedrooms..
