The balcony and the views were lovely. The bathrooms are modern. Location is wonderful for beach access and close to restaurants and not far from old town. Host is very responsive. Easy access to the unit via code.
The beds and pillows are terrible. Very uncomfortable. Really need to upgrade it all. We could not get much sleep and happy didn’t stay more than 1 night in those beds. The building also could use a facelift.

Die Lage ist top, direkt am Meer und mitten im Geschehen. Die Wohnung im 11. Stock ist sehr schön ausgestattet und ganz modern. Der Balkon ist traumhaft schön mit direktem Meerblick. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch das Parkhaus ist nur ca 4 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Obwohl das Haus sehr zentral liegt ist es im 11.Stock ganz ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Auch der Kontakt zum Gastgeber funktionierte super.
Das Haus sieht von aussen ziemlich heruntergekommen aus😅.
