Na wielki plus zasługuje lokalizacja oraz przepiękny widok na morze i zachody słońca. Jest gdzie pospacerować bo wychodzimy wprost na dluga promenade. Jest blisko do startego miasta oraz sklepu. Apartament jest wyposażony we wszystkie sztućce, naczynia, to co potrzebne jest na długi pobyt jaki odbyliśmy :) Rupert, który zarządza apartamentem jest super w porządku, pomocny i reaguje natychmiast na wszelkie potrzeby czy niespodziewane zapytania.
Osiedle ma już swoje lata, dostep nie jest nowoczesny, aby zejść z wózkiem na promenadę trzeba pokonać troszkę drogi. Nie jest to super wygodne ale jeżeli ktoś nie korzysta z wózka to nie odczuje tego problemu.
