We liked everything about the apartment.
It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean.
Great location for us as we were there to do some hill-walking over two days.
The host was very friendly, helpful and informative.
We will definitely hope to be able to book again if back in the area.

We loved our stay here, the apartment was clean and tidy not to mention spacious. The host was lovely and quick responses too. It had everything we needed to have a mini self catering break away with plenty of lovely walks nearby and parking on site was a big bonus for us. Location was nice and quiet for a recharge and reset with a couple lovely pubs / restaurants nearby. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The apartment was very nice, elegant and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed.
The position is close to the station (we arrived by train), to the two restaurants we identified in Tabert and to the pier from where boat trips on loch lomond leave. Self check in has been easy, and the host has been friendly and ready to answer when we needed to contact him/her.
We hadn’t realized that in Tabert there are no grocery shops and, since we were traveling by train, we had some difficulties providing food for self-made lunches (we went to the restaurant). A convenience store is available in Arrochar two miles away, so, no problem if you travel by car.
There is no shower but a wonderful bathtub.

The property was clean, newly decorated and stylish. It had a large natural garden with area for seating, fire pits and gazebos. The lighting on the fencing made the garden look lovely at night.
There isn’t a separate shower in the property, only the bath in the bedroom, which wasn’t convenient. We were told we were the second people to rent the property, yet there was damage/flaking paint in the bedroom. A hairdryer in the property would have been useful. The manager,Karen, needs to improve on her customer service. According to the information we were provided we had up til 11am to check out, we were not told otherwise. At 10.15 (as we were starting to put our belongings in the car) the cleaner turned up to say she was here to “turn over the room”. A few mins later I got a telephone call from Karen to tell us to leave as check out was at 10am. After explaining (and sending her the screenshot of the check out times given) she told me that I should know check out was at 10am (not sure why I’m supposed to know what I don’t know). I reiterated that we we thought it was 11am but we were in the process of taking our things out. She was so rude and told us that her “team” had told us check out was at 10am, they didnt. I was also told that Booking.com won’t let them put the check out time she wanted, so not sure how I’m supposed to know. She was very rude and it put a dampener on the end of our stay but according to Karen “excuse me? I did not” which she can’t say as it’s my opinion. There was no apology, no flexibility or understanding on an issue that wasn’t our fault - it just seem to be get out now. So disappointing. There was another strange interaction during our stay when Karen turned up, told us the owner was in the property today and that they may access to the apartment at some point to measure for a door. Much improvement on customer service is needed and communication as it started strong with a message on useful info (doctors, pharmacy, supermarkets etc) and failed quite significantly at the end. Such a shame.
