Everything was exceptional, beyond expectation!!

Nothing, everything was amazing.

We loved everything! Even before we left the UK, Maria (the villa owner) helped us with advice on ferries and informed us about our arrival arrangements at the port. The villa is a 2 minute walk from the port. Our cases were taken up by scooter and we walked. We were blown away by the pictures of it beforehand , but they didn't do it justice. It is simply stunning. Lovely views from the balcony and terraces, which get the sun most of the day, actually all day if you move about! Inside the villa it's a mixture of contemporary and antique, which all works together beautifully. Maria has thought of everything inside and outside the villa, and upon arrival there were lovely welcoming gifts awaiting us. We can't think of anything to suggest by way of improvements, everything we needed was there. Food and drink options are only 2 mins away. We only went to the beach twice, as we preferred to spend relaxing time at the villa. All the tavernas and bars are really good and there's a lovely bakery, several supermarkets and lovely beaches. Our favourite was Kania. You can walk there or take a 10 minute boat ride. Maria was contactable via WhatsApp, throughout the stay and was exceptionally friendly, helpful and supportive to us. Any questions we raised were dealt with immediately. Maria was extremely helpful when leaving, particularly in providing help with arrangements in Rhodes. She picked us up from the port and took us to her café near the old town. We stored our luggage there and spent the afternoon in the old town. Maria arranged our taxi back to the airport too. She consistently goes out of her way to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We like to try different Greek Islands every year. So to say we are returning to Halki for a third year in a row, and re-booked the villa for 2027 (while we were there) says it all. Maria is the PERFECT host and the villa is the PERFECT accommodation. Unsurprisingly the villa scores a 10 on Booking.com.

Everything, the property was perfect in every way.

Very tastefully equipped, top quality it is a real nice hideaway. We loved the quiet morning on the terrace, fully equipped household, superb location. It’s only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the restaurant and supermarket. Maria is clear and reliable in communication, we felt in love with Chalki and Anteli accomodation We will return soon C andreas & Jacqueline
