Pearl Villas Apolakkia - Beach Front Villas with Private Pool

The villa was Immaculate and well equipped. Exceeded our expectations. Georgios was a perfect host. On hand but not intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble. Rural, quiet and tranquil surroundings. Car required to explore the surroundings. Beachside but a little rocky. However, there are beautiful beaches around for young families. Few good, reasonably priced (non tourist) restaurants 3km from the villa (,particularly Manolis) and one next door. Sunsets were spectacular from the balcony. Good size pool and well kept.

Krásná vila. O sousedech jsme ani nevěděli. Bazén měl příjemnou teplotu. 3 ložnice - tu v nejvyšším patře jsme nevyužili. Koupelny jen s vanou. Dole u kuchyně ještě navíc WC. Majitel velmi vstřícný, každý den ráno psal, jestli něco nepotřebujeme. Čekala nás lednice s vodou, vínem a pivem. Restaurace hned vedle vily, výborné jídlo a skvělá obsluha. Každý večer nádherné západy slunce, terasa byla na západní stranu. Kosmetika a ručníky k bazénu i do koupelny. V okolí naprostý klid. Nejbližší vesnice asi 5 km.

Silný vítr od Egejského moře, naštěstí nebyl každý den. Ale kolikrát se ani nedalo sedět na terase. Díky vlhkosti korodují klidy a vržou dveře. Moře mělo velké vlny, koupat se nedalo. Pláž samé stromy a odpadky (příliv). Ale měli jsme auto projeli okolní pláže.

Nous étions seuls au monde. L'endroit est magnifique. La piscine superbe et propre Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables. Par contre énormément de vent cette semaine. Difficile de se baigner ou de rester sur la terrasse. Pas grave nous avons trouvé des criques abritées du vent à 45 mn de la maison On peut se reposer sans soucis car c'est hyper calme. Parfait avec nos enfants de 2 et 6 ans 😄

C'est isolé, on peut avoir peur la nuit, mais aucun souci de notre côté Nous avons eu quelques pannes durant la semaine mais Georgous n'est jamais très loin pour les régler Il est aux petits soins avec nous ! Merci à lui Prévoir le changement des casseroles qui se déforment sous la chaleur Sinon tout est parfait

Lovely quiet location about five minutes drive from the shop. Great views and very peaceful. Spacious villa over two floors with plenty of room for people and their baggage

It’s a noisy villa because of the design. The doors are really noisy and you can hear people walking around next door and their doors opening etc. They’re is a spacious lounge which is good but the furniture is very uncomfortable and strangely laid out. There aren’t bedside lamps by the main bed just one ahead.
