Η τοποθεσία είναι άριστη, μπροστά στη θάλασσα, όπου κανείς μπάνιο σε υπέροχα νερά στο λιμάνι της Χάλκης.
Το οίκημα είναι πανέμορφο και αδικείται από τη φωτογραφία στην εφαρμογή. Αλλά χρειάζεται καλύτερη συντήρηση! Τρίζαν οι πόρτες, μεντεσέδες τα οποία διορθώθηκαν από εμάς. Η ομπρέλα της βεράντας ήταν κατεστραμμένη και δεν αντικαταστάθηκε και η κουρτίνα στο main room χρειάζεται αλλαγή.
