Lovely fresh and clean apartment. Well equiped kitchen.
Nice and comfortable for relaxing after a long day out or a late morning start in the living room or on the balcony.
Excellent communication with owner prior to arrival and during stay.
Several small supermarkets, bakeries and souvenir shops within close proximity.
Within a 20 minute walk from most of the main attractions of Athens, or 2 minutes from the metro station
The actual building was very run down with several unsavoury characters. The local streets after dark were full of the same unsavoury characters. Having said this my husband went out to the shop several times after dark and did not feel threatened. As a female I would not have been doing the same.
A few finishing touches required in the apartment with wiring which affected the overall aesthetics.

De flat zelf was prima maar het gebouw zelf ligt net in een mindere buurt (zacht uitgedrukt, als je de verkeerde richting uit gaat) we hebben er wel geen last van gehad. Prima airco en mooi groot terras
De buurt dus, de lift is vreselijk en de laatste dag zagen we een muis… (gelukkig geen rat). Het elektrische slot is wel een goed alternatief maar het werkt niet altijd even goed

It is located in the city center, in a very accessible location. Since the staircase opens onto a pedestrian street, the apartment is very quiet. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is adequately equipped, everything is available in the kitchen.
Everything was good, everything worked in the apartment.
