Had to boost the hot water for a shower, was ok once I knew what to do

I really liked where this place was located and close it was to everything. The balcony was a great addition as well.

I booked this place because it was smoke free. However, once I was checked in the place smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The smell grew stronger throughout the night. I checked out the following day due to severe allergies. They assured me there was no smoking allowed in the building. But the balconies were smoking permitted. So maybe the smoke traveled through the building due to someone not closing their window? When I had my window open it did not smell like smoke. So it had to be traveling throughout the interior of the building.
