Cleaning service every 3 days, central, good communication with the host and cleaners
There is a little shabby outside street, it’s dark at night and a few homeless drunk people sleep 25-50m from the entrance.

The location was perfect for exploring the local sites of Athens. Once booked the communication with the host was exceptional, every question answered promptly using WhatsApp. Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building, the rooms have been recently renovated, very clean and safe.
I had a room near the lift, which was a bit too noisy for me. Unfortunately, due to being fully booked, the owners were unable to move me to a quieter area.

The staff on-site were friendly and very helpful. The communication with management was prompt and very courteous. They both were very quick to respond. The apt was perfect for our needs, clean, and simple. The building was quite and felt secure. For us the location in the heart of the downtown was great because right outside the front door were restaurants, markets, and more. Great value for the what we paid and got.
We were satisfied and don't have anything we did not like.
