Comfortable very easy to use. Friendly neighbour
Only missing a kettle (and kitchen cupboard easy to hit head on. A bit challenging to drive car up ramp ( but our car was slightly wide)

Great location in Ponta Delgada. Communication with owner was very good and Pedro, who met us at the property to let us in and explain things , was lovely and very helpful. The property itself was up some stairs with useful access to private parking in a garage below. The apartment was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. Useful to have towels available for thermal pool visit.
Nice touch were the couple of beers in the fridge and Coffee pods for the coffee machine. Also useful to have salt and pepper / oils etc for cooking and some cleaning equipment available too. The only thing we felt we needed in the kitchen was a tea towel/ kitchen towel and an oven glove of some type. All in all a fantastic property.
