Lo mejor fue el trato con Rui. Un gran anfitrión, amable, atento y súper servicial.

I had an incredibly comfortable stay at this mini one room flat. Despite being very compact in size it features all amenities you need and perfect Wi-Fi. Great location in residential area, mini market round the corner (coffee and pastel da nata!) a short walk away from the marina, makes it a fantastic place for exploring Ponta Delgada and Sao Miguel . Rui is exceptionally welcoming, attentive, polite, informative, and deeply caring- at 5 o'clock in the morning when I was about to miss my flight back he answered immediately and provided me with a driver to the airport! I would definitely stay there again.

While a little removed from Centro, the minibus D (Orange) line (0.50 euro) stops a block away and goes into the heart of the city. Also, the fantastic Pingo Doce hypermarket is a 10 minute walk away. The room has everything including cold minifridge, microwave, plates and paper towels, hairdryer and corkscrew/bottle opener. The host is very attentive ... easy communication via email.

Impossible to wash face over sink: a big shelf is about 40 cm. above it.

Rui est une hôte attentionné, il vous donne pleins d'infirmations et rend l'arrivée à l'appartement facile. Il est à l'écoute durant le séjour.

La CHALEUR et l'humide de l'appartement était un gros gros problème. Nous n'y retournerons pas. Il y a une seule, et plutôt petite, fenêtre pour tout l'appartement/pièce. Elle donne directement sur la rue au rez-de chaussée (aucune intimité). La ventilation de la pièce est impossible. Nos vêtements et serviettes ne séchaient pas dans l'appartement. On suait du front après une heure dans la pièce et dans les lits finissaient trempés de sueur chaque début de nuit. Nous avons plusieurs fois faillit partir avant la fin. Je pense qu'en hivers la location convient mais s'il fait plus de 27° c'est franchement désagréable/problématique. Désolé Rui on eu vraiment trop chaud...
