Bien ubicado, limpio
El sofa era muy incomodo, aunque el ultimo dia lo abrimos y lo usamos como cama para ver la tele.
La zona no dava muy buena sensacion aunque no tuvimos ningun problema; el rellano olia muchisimo a tabaco; se ve que el vecino fumaba uno tras otro

Gostei de tudo no geral,o apartamento tem tudo o que necessita para passar uns dias confortável e fazer as refeições em casa que quiser.

A cozinha estava bem,equipada, com o necessário de eletrodomésticos.
Em 2 dias que estive no alojamento encontrei 2 baratas vivas enormes. A proprietária não mencionou que tinha qualquer problema, mas vimos que tinha umas caixinhas prórias para as baratas espalhadas pela casa, portanto deveria ter avisado.
O colchão fazia uma cova, tornando-se muito pouco confortável.
Não existia gel de banho, guardanapos, nem papel de cozinha, pequenas coisas que poderia disponibilizar, com um custo muito reduzido.
