We loved our time in Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel, and this apartment was a huge part. From booking, arrival and checking in, and throughout our stay, Luz & Vasco were very helpful. This apartment is in a great location - walking distance to the marina & big sights, but also great for day trips around the island. It is even perfect for a night in to stay in and cook, or if you want to walk around. The neighbourhood is great - lots of access to parking, grocery stores, tourist attractions, good restaurants/bars. We loved the space and location - we will definitely be back if it is available. Our stay was very welcoming and the host was quick to reply and always made sure that our stay was going well and would ask if we needed anything.The property was super clean. We would recommend to family and friends.

Nice quiet place in town Center. Host is very friendly and helpful. Can walk easily to everywhere. Parking may be a problem at the apartment , but we always found parking at a free parking lot near by. Don’t get a big rental car, streets are very narrow. Had a great time. Host left a lot of useful information about the island

The apartment was very clean and well kept. The owner, Vasco, is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. If we return back to Ponta Delgada, we will definitely be staying at this location again.
