Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el único problema es la ubicación, si no cuentas con transporte es difícil caminar por las calles al rededor, en cambio si cuentas con coche es un show encontrar estacionamiento.

La ubicación y que aún lado está un basurero. Adicional es imposible encontrar estacionamiento cerca del alojamiento

Great location roof top is worth it

No hot water

We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the view. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Great proximity to the Malecon and the church. Very quiet unit, never heard any noise from the above suite. Suggest to others to have dinner at two nearby restaurants. Chez Elena and Gabby’s. Twice we had a small issue and Eunice came herself within a very short time. Another issue with the air conditioning unit, Eunice contacted the maintenance men and the unit was fixed very fast.

Can always take a cab or Uber back up the hill to the unit. We walked all the time and it was a good leg workout.

Mostly location

There was a towel rack brocken and was never fixed during the 8 days stay. There was “no” hot water, we both ended up with a cold showering with cold water and in the apartment the last two days of our trip. The apartment seems clean at first but it was actually not.
