Big sun terrace with view over old town and ocean.

My family and I loved staying in this apartment. No windows, and no walls (except to the bathroom). The kitchen and dinning table are part of the patio, and the living room and master bedroom open up to the patio. The view of the ocean and Zona Romantica/Centro are lovely (a little partial obstruction by Elizabeth Taylor’s old home). The lawn chairs are a relaxing place to watch the sunset. No bugs. No need for heat at night nor AC during the day. I love waking up to the sounds of birds, and the city waking up. In evening you can enjoy listening to a mariachi band play at a neighboring fancy restaurant. The neighborhood is charming. Safe. Cobblestone streets. You are on a hill in a nice neighborhood with a mix of tourist boutique hotels as well as locals. You can easily walk down stair pathways to the Zona Romantica or the Malecón or Guadeloupe church. Many great restaurants in walking distance. Two little tiendas about 3 blocks away where you can buy all the basics( drinks, snacks, eggs/beans/salsa/avocado/onion/tortillas/cheese,chorizo/yogurt, juice, fresh breads). Uber and Uber Eats/grocery available.Lars the property manager is friendly and responds quickly. I’d call it a 2 bedroom. There is a wicker room divider off the living space to the double beds. The master bedroom has big wooden shutter doors (charming but note not light or sound proof so not private). Bed comfy. Both bedrooms have a door to bathroom. Not a fancy place but so charming and great location.
