The location for one is great. It's a block off the beach. The living room has ample space and a working stove to cook if you want. Love that the water pressure and water heater works well. It's a quaint bldg and has its character enough for my short stay. Love that this place accepts pets - a plus.
The bed can be improved by adding a 3 inch memory foam topper. Cable wasn't working during my stay though I have no use for it except for local news, but I have my tablet with me hooked up to wifi. The outside noise is expected as the location is around clubs and restaurants. I made use of the time fr 10p-2a to binge watch movies i needed to see, then when all noise dies down by 2am, now able to sleep soundly. Could also benefit from utilizing new set of towels both house and beach.
